Assembly and installation of blocks

In the assembly and installation workshop, electronic devices of any complexity are assembled – from mounting printed circuit boards to assembling units and blocks, as well as innovating previously manufactured products and repairing them. The workshop is staffed with skilled personnel who ensure manufacturing high-quality products meeting the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015. Preparation and maintenance of the production is implemented at all stages by highly skilled process engineers. The workshop is equipped with modern workplaces of installers and assemblers, ERSA and Termo Pro soldering equipment, Mantis instruments and visual quality control tools to ensure manufacturing products.

The workshop specialists’ qualification and its equipment make it possible to perform all technological operations for assembling products:

Installation

Installation of surface-mounted elements on printed circuit boards, as well as elements with planar and pin terminals. Manufacture and installation of cable products (jumpers, busbars, coaxial cables, cable assemblies with solder connectors, crimping of various types of cable lugs), as well as wire installation of nodes and blocks, including those under schematic diagrams.

Washing

Washing of the items from soldering products in the alcohol-petroleum solvent mixture and deionized water using manual and ultrasonic cleaning methods.

Assembly

Performing locksmith and assembly work of any complexity, as well as packaging finished products.

Pressing-in

Pressing connectors of any complexity into printed circuit boards, using modern equipment and tooling.

Forming

The workshop is furnished with equipment and tooling for forming terminals of electronic equipment products.
